Message text Historically it seems the Camel was slightly better than the Dr1, but you're right, in a direct match they are evenly matched. The Camel was slightly faster and could dive faster, but the Dr1 had a much better climb rate. The Dr1 was slightly smaller making it a little harder to hit, but a PK is a PK. As for maveuverbility, well, I would say the Dr1 has a slight edge. However, it really comes down to the skill and experience of the pilot.
When given a choice here at youplay.it, I would take a Camel over a Fokker Dr1. But I do take the Dr1 from time to time.
I wonder if the webmasters would make a "Squadron Action #2" with 10x Camels and 10x Fokker Dr1's.
