Maybe this is the point I really don't like in your speed reasoning. To express the superior nimbleness of certain model, they should have 10L/R at speed 1.
So I suggest that the speed for maneuver 10 and 11 is still equal to fuel comsumption.
2. "Slow" models don't have speed 3 maneuvers anymore. Not bad per se, but what about gifting them with a 4S3 just to let them run in case? That's just an idea, and not very important.
You mean 4S4 (speed 3, fuel 4). Nice, but maybe not on every model.
