Message text I get your point about rating scenarios and I do feel it would be better for ranking pilots.
Any method you'll pick there will be always people who will meta-game for having better statistics.
I don't see any harm in people amusing themselves seeing themselves in the top of the list.
I would find a bit boring playing (and winning?) the same scenario, but if he likes...
