Message text Just for another of my "2p"s, I've never exited from the enemy side, and like you, can't see the point. Perhaps it should count as a kill, or at least captured, which i guess is what the 0 points tries to do. Nor do I play anything but advanced rules. And I wasnt saying I play for the stats, but does anyone really play to try and get shot down???
And a lucky escape feels better than a pointless shooting down, and preventing a lucky escape makes the kill even more satisfying.
Equally, should one pursue and kill a plane that you know to be out of fuel/engine? That could be seen as equally unsportsmanlike. I have on a number of times, but equally, I've never been asked for mercy  |
