Message text excuse me if i try to make more difficult your already difficult work, but i think generally that players have to manouver, in largest scenarios, each a ships' division (squadron?) in line ahead (2,3 or 4 ships) like was tactics of the time.
each players can have a single ship only in smallest scenarios with smaller ships.
