If I had the choice, I would have fired at SockDude5 instead of Phil 4411, because I'm tailing him and so I got a greater chance of firing at him in the next turn, summing up "tailing" and "fired" bonuses.
IMHO, when everything else is equal, the target choice algorythm should keep notice of tailing. It's just a nitpick, but I couldn't help noticing. 
Anyway, I can happily go this way. Let's say I was chasing SockDude, Phil go in the way and got what he deserved... |
