Message text I myself asked the same question after few weeks of playing BlueMax. Now it's my turn to answer.
Only [1S], [1L], [1R] moves are "stalls". The others are just "non repeatable moves", meaning the after a [] move you cannot make another [] move.
This is probably the MFAQ (Most FAQ). Maybe the rules should be more explicit on this, at least the ones posted in the summery page "How to play" under youplay site.
Masters, is it possible to update the "How to play" page for this?
