Message text In fact, the different characteristics are part of what makes this game so interesting. I used to never fly a camel, coz I thought 4 tail was just too weak. In the right game however, a Camel is deadly and I've grown to love 'em sometimes. The Camel vs DrI is a great fight. You need to be a bit more careful in the Camel, but you can still win often, and it feels so much better!
The Camel isn't the only odd manoever chart - check the Pfalz DIII and also notice that the SE5a, while a great plane can't do 1L1 or 1R1, which makes the Alby DVa an even match in the right game.
FWIW, my advice to the newbie is check the advice in the "tactics" bit of the menu and try to start by flying with some experts. Or, set up a scenario and pick the best plane. Other folks will always join.
