what I have to say is : in board game, when your plane is shut down, you lose your pilot and the experience points.
I know, in this game, we can't use the same pilot for different games, but i think, it should be good to split xp by 2.
I think, when you are shut down, you have lose the game.
Perhaps, this question was argue before.
