Im not too nervous, its just that we are seriously out-numbered in that game and I really want to spread some pain around. (And the opposing squad has some serious team players on it.)
Here is some of my ideas on what it takes to play good team games:
1. What Neko said but also think about more than just pointing the nose of your plane at the closest enemy. Most pick-up squad games devolve quickly to just 8 guys flying around chasing what ever tail they can read. (Not much wrong with that really when you think about it )
Good team play often involves plane positioning that is much less fun but more productive. i.e. positioning your plane so that you can read your wingmans tail and keep formation longer (formation tactics bring concentrated fire opportunities that can be devistating to unorganized opponents).
2. Sometimes you have to help a wingman get off the board or break free from a agressive pursurer. Keep an eye out for these opportunities. They are often remembered longer by your teammates than an impressive kill.
There are many more and I am still learning a thing or two, but I intend to teach you the rest the hard way...

P.S. TnT is a great teacher. I spent many fun hours learning from him.
