| | Message text Well said Flying Neko. As to Bruno and everyone else. This IS just a game. The statistics do not show much of what is happening.
Some people like to fly LIKE they are actually in the planes themselves. Some take todays menatility onto the board.
I fly the same way as I always have. People who fly with me in real life (Canvas Eagles anyone?) know this as well. Until they can implement a Campaign system here (technology limiting them greatly), I do not see the need to let someone off the hook. My opinion. I have let people off the hook in the past, and sometimes I have not. I have not expected them to acknowledge it, nor have I forced it upon them. Some people have let me off in the past as well. I have never asked nor expected it either. Again, I fly with my plane and pilot in mind. I know my stats, and the status of the game and wingmates as well. If I think my team is in trouble, and I can assist even if I might go down, then I stay and fight if I (and no one else) think it might help.
Bruno, I hold no ill will to you, for any reason. Thanks to everyone else for pitching in their thoughts.
Time to move along and get back in the air.
FYI, Sat June 26th, Canvas Eagles, my place (Schaumburg Il). Anyone interested feel free to email. Invitation is open to anyone that can make the trip. |
