| | Message text Sirs i tell you a true story,
some carabinieri (police), during road patrolling stop a car. In this car there were 5 people, going very fast, with belts unfasted, the driver was taling his mobile phone. The total fine was about 2000€... but the driver was a family father...and the carabinieris too... but do nothing wasn't "educative" so they told them "this 200€ fine is only for mobile phone! we forget other infractions!".
Than, this "fined" people went to police and told them all the story.
The sad, true end is that these two carabinieri loses their job and risk 2 years of jail because didn't do their work (italian:"omissione di atti d'ufficio").
