Message text I would like to see them fix the recovery step first, because the damage allocation has little affect on game play. However, the fire extingush checks that are made out of order has a much bigger influence. Many times I have seen planes extingush their fires before the combat step, which of course is incorrect as they checks for extingushing fires come after combat.
