I would like to claim that as the reason the Blue PK chit is in the game, but it is mostly in their to represent the "Golden BB", that one lucky shot that takes out the pilot. With lead flying around, no one should get complacent about their chances of surviving. "Oh, the best he can do is a blue chit. No worry for me then." You should always worry when someone is shooting at you.
