Summary:
We would like to start a "Real-time" War, so have the follow characteristic:
1. Plane availablity is subject to time, not all scenario is applied.
2. It is not a tournament, though you might think in this sense. 
3. Scenario will be implemented (using free-plane placement)
4. It is not a short game.
5. It is teamwork.
What we are now looking for,
1. General
Responsible for
a. Nation(team) management, that means pilots admin (registering, retired, KIA, POW, promotion) and
b. Games admin (setup, score reporting) of your OWN team. So if you are very busy with work, love, babies, money ... you may consider to be a wingman.
c. Fight
Benefit
a. Name your own team.
b. recruit, fire, promote, kill your own pilots (but I wonder who will kill his man )
c. Praise and worship from your Team.
2. Admiral
Basically he is the Co-general of the team, share work and benefit from the General !!
3. wingman
For the first team, we will arrange pilots randomly to each team. So to balance Big/Small team, just to avoid VERY VERY BIG team for some famous General, like TnT, or no man but small-potato general team , just like me 
Each user in Youplay.it can have a maximum of 5 pilots (belongs to different nation/team)
