I am sorry, it is out of the engineers hands. You have pushed the technology beyond its limit. You are obviously using "Advanced" tech, which translates to "slightly better but breaks down often". I recommend that you only use the "Standard" tech, as I usually do. If this advice helps, keep the money but send the women.
