I admit my ignorance about this rule ... I know that a plane on fire can't shoot, but what about the observer ??? Obviously this isn't the well known "fire bug", cause Von Zerow was on fire since the previous turn (and he's still on fire )

It's a bug or being on fire prevents only frontal shooting ???
