Argh!! Gunslinger is my all time preferred game, and I am the proud owner of a very worn game copy.
I'd love to write an online version, but the game mechanics are not compatible with out site game engine: there are too many interactions between players, and a move would takes forever to be completed.
Beside that the map has not repeatable patterns, then the images could weight too much to be downloaded in a single page for every move.
Actually I think that, even if we would be able to accomodate an online version of the game (and knowing the rules I can say that it would be a real mess), the result couldn't be satisfying at all. It's a pity, but that's the way it is.
Sorry! Fourth (a playing WebMaster)
BtW: I am already working on too many different matters in the same time. Please, don't let me think again to a Gunslinger online implementation, or I would never complete my current tasks. |
