Hi,
this is true in 0ne on One, but it isn't in many vs many. If you give no point to the pilot tailed you will give points to all the others, also to who is not tailing. So I prefer, if it will be implemented, 2 points to the pilot tailing.
Or you can give -1 to tailed pilots and +1 to tailing pilots.
