Beg your pardon:

all moves with code >= 27 are restricted

all moves square-bracketed are non-repeatable

all moves with code 1 are stalls

You can repeat a restricted as long as you repeat exactly the same and it is not a non-repeatable.

Just my € 0.02 of nitpick.
