Another solution to successfully coordinate tactics during a teamplay between different player would be to allow just one sided quick message box: each side can write to their own team mates easily applying tactics without the other side to read their messages.

Perhaps you misunderstood. You wanted a way for 1 human to control 2 different planes. If the same player has 2 different names and his opponent also has 2 youplay names then they could play against each other. (both sides "cheating" and thus being equal).
