NOTE
I had to arrange a bit to square things and preserve balance. I tried to follow players's "second choices" when arranging nationalities.
If there are any problems, tell me and I'll try to manage it.
From now on, latecomers will be added straight to new teams in group of four.
I plan to start first phase next monday. Phase 1 will be an all-vs-all mess, with any team meeting any other team. The best 8 will go to next phase, direct elimination.
More to come...
