It's strange that you are asking it today. Just a few minutes ago I uploaded some site changes implementing automatic movement for Cartagena games. 
For Blue Max there are several technical problems preventing us to implement automatic movement with the actual game engine.
As I said even here not so long ago ( http://www.youplay.it/play/forum_showmessage.asp?msgid=6072 target='_blank'>http://www.youplay.it/play/forum_showmessage.asp?msgid=6072 ) we are currently rewriting the site engine, and in the long run this will give us the automatic movement too.
However, it's a very long run. As usual, be patient
