The Pfalz is a good plane but it has stability B instead of S.E. has A.
The difference is great for a frontal engage so the Pfalf must wait until the S.E make a mistake.
Another difference is that stability A has a + at distance instead of a B and the Pfalf engage better near the enemy ..so the strategy for the S.E is to stay distant and the Pfalz must spend a lot of fuel to reach the enemy. I don't know wich plane is better, there are more difference ..the pilot make the difference!
