Ok, It was just a test. 
The problem is that a banner has to be completely loaded before our scripts can start, so if the banner exchange site is not able to sustain our pageview rate (very high, I have to say  ) it may became very hard to play.
We do some testing before putting a banner online, but it's quite difficult testing the banner response in an high traffic environment, without putting it online.
Actually we use banners only for banner exchange, so that other would-be-players could know about our site. There is no other gain for that then, as you can see, for now we decided to eliminate banner exchange at all.
