I had the idea of creating a 10-players scenario, featuring 2 teams of 5 aircraft:
1 two seater;
2 escorts;
2 interceptors.
Now the question is: wich are, OYO, the best models for the role of escort and inetceptor on either side?
(I'd leave out SS's and Snipes for the ususal reasons.)
IMO:
German:
escorts: Pfalz D.IIIa or Albatros D.III
interceptor: Pfalz D.XII or Fokker D.VII
Allied:
escorts: Sowith Triplane or Sopwith Camel
interceptor: S.E.5a
