I have counted 21 games that should show up in my Players List, but only 15 are showing. Does that prevent me from doing my moves for the 6 lost games when it is my turn?

I think after a number of days in which someone doesn't make a move, the game is removed from your list. If/when that person moves, it will appear again and you will be able to move.
