| | Message text I think there are also problems with the basic game scoring system. I have not studied the points system in any detail but it appears that if you capture an enemy ship you get more points than if you just sink it. This is fine so far but if the enemy then sink the captured ship they seem to get more points than if they sink a ship that hasn't been captured. This distorts the scoring system and I have always thought the league scoring corrects this by ignoring this artificial bonus by just looking at what points worth of ships are still on the board at the end of the game.
