How do you go about having an insignia graphic put next to your squadron on the squadron page? Is it ok if the graphic is in jpeg form or does it need to be some other format? I am looking for help with this issue.

The Indiana Escadrille image is a JPeg file just under 300x100 and 72 dpi. Lord Locquax didn't seem to have any problem with that format or size. I e-mailed the image to him and he put it on the page.
