Hi all,

Thanks mate.

I'd add my 2c. I'm Italian, we know a little about it.

1. Don't go out. Repetita juvant, and also is twice as important as the rest.
1.1 If you go out, as soon as you're home, take off your shoes and put them away. If possible, put them in direct sunlight (it kills the bitch), and WASH YOUR HANDS. There are tutorials on the internet on the way to do it correctly. Do it twice (it really kills viral threats that way, based on tests).
1.1.1 Wash your hands. Already said? Good.
1.2 Sun is your friend. Direct sunlight it's an excellent virus killer, so have your money, shoppers etc. get a tan.
1.3 Wash your groceries when you bring them home, plastic packages etc.

2.Masks. There are 2 kinds of them; surgical ones and ffp-2 and ffp-3 ones. Surgical DO NOT protect yourself (or do it very little), they protect other people from you if tou are positive to CoVID (you can be and not know it). Ffp-2 and ffp-3 are the real thing. WARNING: beards make ffp masks useless, as they keep masks from being airthight.
2.1 Thing is: if you can keep social distance and stay at home most of the time, surgicals are OK (and advised: let ffp's for people that really needs them), if you can't, wear ffp-2 or ffp-3.
2.2 Gloves are not that useful. Just saw a pro on TV: if you don't know how to pull of your gloves the right way, you simply transfer virus from glove to han when you pull them off. Gloves give you a false sense of protection. Better WASH HANDS frequently.

3. Ditto.

4. Unless there's shortage or price boost, don't stuff supplies. Really, spending 15-30 min. to go out to buy bread & milk is a MUST for your mental health. (But take all precautions).
Really. My 17yo son: "once I was bothered when you sent me out to buy something, now I crave for it!"
Joke: "We take turns getting out with the dog. The poor animal is wasted, has nothing left to piss."

5. Family that plays togheter stays togheter... without strangling each other.

We gonna make it. We made it when Germans bombed Pearl Harbour, go figure a little bitch...
