Hi,

My ps4 plays disc games that are already installed alright. When putting in new games however, it shows an error for a damaged or dirty disc. The small amount of times this message doesn't pop up, I'm just stuck in the menu waiting for the game to install. Which is usually stuck at a certain percentage?
