Message text Game 196266, Turn 11 my observer seems to have swapped targets from one fired last turn with no deflection, to one at the same range with deflection with zero points.
In a way I guess this is academic as both would result in zero or less combat value, but as the plane my observer shot at last turn is now tailing, it could make a difference next turn. I suppose it might be a positive diference if the other is in range.
