Games rules modified
In short
1. Drop confusing "change pilot rules" pls see details, no more change pilots, for all imprisoned/downed pilot, what I want is you don't start new game with that pilot and finish all his/her remaining games.
2. Penalty for misconduct and delayed pilots written down and will be carried out, I am serious.

Also there is revised for small parts, pls have a look of the Detailed rules in Files.
