For starters, we may place a BOLD disclaimer for strongly biased games in the game's description.

Something along the lines of:

"scenario xxxx: extremely easy for the germans nine SSDIV vs one bristol"

This will not need any code changes, and still maybe impose a bit of shame on "win-easy" like folks.
