Yes, even in the same turn. You can get RRR and draw three "FTH Explode!" (sure a memorable death).

If this is the case, it is an error. The orginal design specifically was done to eliminate chits as they were drawn. You shouldn't get the same chit twice in a single draw. All damage is drawn at the same time, so even hits from multiple aircraft should not cause duplicate chit draws.
