how about something Napoleontic landbattle type.
It could use the same hex system as in WS&IM/BlueMax.
WIth infantry(different types), cavalry (light, heavy, lancers), artillery (mortars, guns), general staff.
Countries; French, British, Prussian, Austrian, Russian, Dutch, Spanish, Sweden, the heap of German kingdoms and counties (Saxony, Bavaria, etc..).
