first of all hi TomCat, and welcome
a STALL is a manoeuvre with a 1 code, that is 1S1, 1L1, 1R1 and no other move. the effect of stalling is that if someone shoots at you he/she gets a big bonus on firing:
Stall is not your friend (gugliandalf)
a RESTRICTED manoeuvre is one whose code is above 26 (for example, 27S2). You can do a restricted manoeuvre if your preceding manoeuvre was a 2S, 3S, 4S, 5S. You can ALSO keep on repeating the SAME restricted manoeuvre as many times in a row as you like, unless it is non-repeatable (see below)
a NON-REPEATABLE manoeuvre is one enclosed in brackets, for example [28L2], [31R2] and [1S1]. You cannot do two non-repeatable manoeuvres in a row, NEVER. (so, in your case, no [1S1] after [28L2]).
