It also happened with another game in which we were waiting for Magic Emperor to move, but I do not know what was the game number.

First of all, welcome!
As to your question, the most likely explanation is that in both games nobody made a move for more than 30 days. After that time span, the games are considered inactive in the system, and do not show up anymore in your list. You can still see them if you click on your own name, and get the "player information" page.
