My idea is:
*** Liberty and Rahab join their forces to create one complete squadron
*** Friday Nighters choose one pilot from the list (Just4fun or Mauri) to complete their squadron
*** The other pilot to be recruited can join a 5 pilots squadron

I'm still waiting a reply from Veon End, which has a squadron that could fill the 16th slot.
If we wouldn't be able to reach 16 team, the strongest team (best 5 pilots' average kills/death ratio) will automatically pass the first turn.
