I have noticed it a lot in Cartegena. I'll often start a brace of games but usually no more than 6 at a time. Thankfully the game description is usually shorter for Cart' games so a long list doesn't seem as long.
The starting player is decided randomly.

Some start far more and I have no complaint, I just try not to monopolize more than a couple at a time. |
