Stalled games are not a real problem. Currently there are less than 3000 games where someone doesn't play since at least a month (counting Blue Max, Vampiring, and King Me games. For Cartagena the automatic movement is already working).
If you compare less than 3000 with the 80000+ games we already hosted, you can see that stalled games are less than 3.7% , so this is not a big problem. We are working to fix it, but we are not too worried about it.
Said that, I simply can't do what you are proposing. Doing that will be against our privacy policy. We are doing our best to protect our users account. This means that we can't give access to an our player account to no one else that his owner himself. This means that if you stop playing for a year, then you return, your account has to be waiting for you, containing the same data you inserted during subscription, so that after a year you can login again, if you want to do it.
I know you were proposing this with your best intentions, but some users could not be happy to know that someone else is flying his planes, even if he's flying these planes straight out of the map. And they won't be happy to find that their account is no more usable because we changed their password without asking permission.
