Yes, but just a bit. There are scenarios that are far more unbalanced.

I don't think. Furthermore in the actual six player early war scenario the same allied squad (N17 + S7 + Tripe) faces an Alb DIII and two Alb DVa. That's a suicide for British. Anyway, maybe you can use another Tripe in place of the Nieuppy.
