| Message text Yeah, a "random entry" would be an interesting approach (and might help have fewer scenarios where the person starting it picks a scenario because he wants one of the hot/rare planes and grabs that for himself.
I haven't started any scenarios myself but have entered about 40 and have yet to see a Snipe or SS ever available, except to the names of the guys who started the scenario.
However, I think if you put in this system, you'd better make it for password players and recruit folks who will be "dedicated" to the system.
About 1/2 my current games are laying around waiting on one or two people to move who haven't moved in days. If you make it "random" for scenario entry, some folks will enter lots of scenarios but only play the ones in which they have planes that they like.
By the way, I am someone who will stick to a game (unless my plane has, like, one tail box left or my engine is gone) and will play regularly. If any of you other "regular" players would care to invite me to a password game, I'd be glad to participate. |
