Hi, I'm new round here - not new to Blue Max tho' (in fact I used to play tournaments back when dragons ruled the earth - ca. 1991 ), and would like to congratulate on the level of this website. Really incredible! I love it!
2 ideas:
1. Maybe this has been discussed before (and I don't want to go into technical details with this - i.e. have not had a look in the HTML code to see if it is possible) but maybe it could be an idea to have a background image on the map (well, _I_ would like it, but I'm on a corporate network, so I don't pay , others may disagree). If it is feasible, let me know... I think I can dig out some royalty-free good aerial photographs.
2. again it may have been discussed, but why are we playing first-edition rules? I very much liked second edition ones where fuel usage and speed were decoupled (they allowed my Pfalz DIII to accelerate from 11L to 3S3 in one move )
