March 5th 2006: New Blue Max game engine is here!!!
We released the new version of the Blue Max game engine.
The only visible news is the Long burst in advanced games and some minor graphical enhancement.
What you don't see is a faster, cleaner and extendable engine.
We tested a lot but, obviously, some bug could still be there. If you find some problem, please write a message in the forum with the explanation of the problem, the game number in which the problem occurred and do not move in the game until you get a feedback from us (we can see the situation e try to understand the problem).
Have new fun,
your webmasters. |

March 3rd 2006: Works during the weekend
Due to some big restructuring in one of our game, the site is likely to be down/closed much of the time during this week end.
Sorry for the outage but it is necessary to make some test and verify that everything is ok before reopening it.
Have (for this weekend only, another type of) fun,
your webmasters. |

February 23th 2006: Spring cleaning
We are removing old games to make rooms for the future games.
We added an automated games removal script that will delete all games finished more than 1 year ago. The database is currently 4.8GB large and have millions of rows of very old games (finished more than 2 years ago).
Running at at the very slow pace of 1 game every minute, it will take something like 60 days to remove all the 80.000 or so very old games.
This will help us having a smaller and faster database.
Have fun,
your webmasters.

Mhmm, perhaps we put too much sugar in this news... Well, then as soon as the holiday will be finished, we will be here again to shot down you planes, lock you in a prison, wreck your ships, suck your blood, and do our best to avoid you could become a king.
Yes. Much better now!
